Its team has over 25 years of experience in producing high-quality folding cartons and rigid boxes, and offers turnkey solutions that cover everything from design through to delivery.
“As global supply chains are migrating closer to where products are consumed, having manufacturing in Poland is of strategic importance for us and we intend to continue to expand our presence in the region", said GPA Global president Tom Wang.
“With our combined strength and capabilities, we look forward to expanding our global offering to our combined customer base", he added.
As part of the deal, GPA has secured ASG's offices in the UK and the Netherlands.
Following the takeover, GPA Global will continue to run ASG’s Print technical sales offices in the UK and the Netherlands, as well as its agency in Paris.
The move is intended to help the company’s European customers meet their sustainability goals and commitments.
Originally trading as Green Packaging Asia, GPA Global has expanded from China into Europe and North America over the last ten years.
The company has acquired several businesses in recent years, including MW Luxury Packaging, Lucas Luxury and HUB Folding Box.
Last March, GPA Global merged with US-based premium printer and folding box producer Hub Folding Box to form an expanded global supply chain solution service.
