Berlin Packaging acquires Vincap & Adolfse as part of expansion plans
Berlin Packaging LLC has announced that it is to acquire Vincap BV & Adolfse Packaging BV thereby assisting in its programme of expansion in Europe.
Based in Utrecht, Netherlands, the acquisition is specifically intended to aid distribution operations in Northern Europe.
In a statement, Berlin Packaging described Vincap as a significant supplier of cork, plastic and metal closures as well as plastic packaging for Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Known as Vincap & Adolfse, the company will become part of Berlin's Milan-based Bruni Glass organisation.

The acquisition marks Berlin's tenth since 2010 and the fourth in Europe since 2016.
Chicago-based Berlin Packaging is a €2.3-billion packaging company formed in 1988 with over 1,100 employees across the US, Canada and Europe.
