KUAP has unveiled its new "Smart Load Control" system for integrating appliance clamps effortlessly and enabling them to be used in a larger variety of applications.

The new design regulated the clamping force for appliance clamps, specific to the load it is handling.
This allows the clamp to use the necessary force, removing all pressure selection from the forklift driver.
The Smart Load Control System automatically adjusts its pressure according to the goods real weight detection. The lifting movement generates an automatic pressure loop until the load is lifted freely.
They claim it will make goods lifting more efficient, stating that it should ensure fast opening and reducing closing speeds and energy saving of as much as 30%
Appliance clamps can be used in a large variety of applications to transport between one and sixteen units in a single lift.
The German developer's new project is the only one of its kind on the market that operated autonomously without the intervention of the forklift hydraulic system, and claim a power supply is sufficient to power it.
In addition, the Smart Load Control can automatically log the clamp pressure used for each transport operation and record the data for future lifts. A record of the clamping force used and all clamping and loading patterns can be referenced at any time.
KUAP have designed to be compatible with their existing T413G and T414 models.
The system is available as a completely new unit or can be retrofitted to KAUP appliance clamp equipment already in use and is available all over the UK.
