Sustainability Summit
The Economist's Sustainability Summit
In January 2020 the United Nations called for a “decade of ambitious action” to meet the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. The world has faced inordinate challenges (from covid-19) in the months since, but action on climate change simply cannot wait.
Over two and a half days, The Economist's Sustainability Summit will convene leaders from business, policy, civil society, research and academia to ask how the global community can rise to the challenge of achieving the SDGs by 2030. How can societies be mobilised, transformations made and solutions taken to scale? What actions must be taken now?
