2025 was a significant year for ELMET. Despite challenging market conditions, the international provider of innovative liquid silicone rubber (LSR) processing solutions achieved record revenue of almost 40 million euros. Over the past 18 months, the company has also worked intensively on its further development, including successfully completing training for all executives and team leaders.

The leadership team, led by Gerhard Mühlberger (Finance), Horst Binderlehner (Operations), David Gebeshuber (Sales) and Thorsten Häuser (Development), has launched four key projects focusing on processes, ERP key users, lifecycle process management and a leadership handbook, to further refine operations in a targeted manner.
CEO Harald Wallner Leaves ELMET
Harald Wallner, who has led the company as CEO since March 2022, has decided to leave ELMET on excellent terms. During his time at the company, he has provided valuable impetus, including expanding the dosing system product portfolio, developing the SMARTshot i intelligent cold runner system and achieving significant growth in parts manufacturing. Having played a pivotal role in shaping the company, he will remain closely associated with ELMET.
The handover process has already been organised for the coming days and weeks. With the clear goal of ensuring stability and continuity, Wallner will hand over his responsibilities to the strong leadership team and the dedicated ELMET team until further notice. ELMET would like to thank Wallner for his time with the company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
