In 2026, not only did the company maintain its certification, but it achieved a remarkable improvement in its overall score and ranking. This places MET Group among the Top 20 employers in Switzerland who received the certification, reflecting its accelerating progress across multiple HR domains.
The independent audit conducted by the Top Employers Institute assessed more than 250 dimensions of MET Group’s HR practices and employee experience, including people strategy, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance and talent management, work environment, well‑being, and sustainability.
MET demonstrated measurable improvement in several areas, driven by continuous organisational improvements, enhanced learning and development frameworks – as well as a deeper integration of the company’s culture across all levels of the organization. This year-on-year improvement reflects MET’s continued commitment to creating an innovative, engaging, high-performance workplace for its employees.
“This recognition is especially meaningful as it confirms that our continuous efforts are paying off,” said Group HR Director Tünde Tóth. “MET’s rapid expansion is fuelled by the high degree of freedom we offer to our colleagues to unfold their talent. The Top Employer certification acknowledges that we have created an environment where they can thrive and bring out the best version of themselves.”
