Powered by Presezzi Technology for Superior Precision
At the core of the new extrusion line lies advanced Presezzi technology, enabling the high-precision manufacturing of 6000 series aluminium profiles. Key system features include:
* *L.E.C. Stirrer Melting Furnace (80 tons)*: Less dross, optimized performance
* *Billet Gas Heaters*: Triple-stage heat recovery for energy efficiency
* *P.E.E.S. Control Unit*: Real-time extrusion optimization
* *M.P.C.T. Cooling System*: Low energy consumption with perfect profile formation
Sustainability & Full CBAM Compliance
The facility is designed to be fully compliant with the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). With its advanced automation systems, it will ensure:
* Significant reduction in material and energy waste
* Dramatic decrease in carbon footprint
* Products classified as "EU-origin," exempt from CBAM reporting
In addition, closed-loop waste management and water/energy recovery systems are integrated to achieve near-zero environmental impact.
Strategic Capacity Expansion for European Markets
With this expansion, EAS Aluminium’s annual extrusion capacity will exceed 30,000 tons. This enables:
* Production of over 9,000 different profile variations
* Shorter delivery times and more efficient logistics
* Strengthened inventory production for key markets including Germany, France, Netherlands, UK, Sweden, and Belgium
Digitally Managed & Internationally Certified
The new production line will meet the highest international quality standards including CE, Qualicoat, and ISO 9001:2018. Throughout the process, it will provide:
* Real-time quality control from extrusion to packaging
* Tight dimensional tolerances and consistent surface quality
Commissioning Timeline
Construction is progressing on schedule, with mechanical installations set to begin in Q4 2025. The facility is expected to be fully operational by Q1 2026.
