JM Norge extends partnership with Rejlers to meet the growing demands of sustainable builds and aim to construct the most energy-efficient homes in Norway.
As one of Norway’s biggest operators in the development and sale of residential properties with demanding requests regarding sustainable projects and energy-efficient homes, JM with the help of Rejlers, will together meet these ambitious goals across the country.
JM has a clear approach to sustainability in its strategy concerning the development of homes and long-term value creation. As a result, all homes constructed by JM, exceed authority requirements by 25 percent as regards energy consumption for heating purposes. In 2018, JM became the first Nordic construction company to Swan-mark its entire housing production.

The agreement extension between JM and Rejlers, covers services relating to the electrical project management of buildings and has a central place in the value chain which realises JM’s visions of energy-efficiency and sustainability.
“We have been working with JM for many years and it has been an exciting journey. JM is a demanding and innovative actor and we are very proud to have their renewed trust,” says Petter Arnesen, who heads Rejlers Norway’s Building division.
“We combine engineering expertise with IT expertise from Rejlers Embriq. Our ambition is to deliver the market’s best and most advanced services for designing the smart, digital and environmentally friendly buildings of the future, and this agreement represents an important building block for us,” says Thomas Pettersen, CEO of Rejlers Norway.
