Rejlers Finland Oy has acquired Antti Pitkänen Oy and Enease Oy, allowing the company to strengthen its competence in power grid planning and energy measurement services.
”Our target is to strengthen our service offering in power grids as well as measurement services. We want to take advantage of both areas’ great potential”, said Timo Holmberg, Rejlers Finland’s Business Area Director in Energy and Infrastructure.
Antti Pitkänen Ky is one of Finland’s most well-known businesses in power grid engineering. Throughout its 40 years of operation, Antti Pitkänen has planned over 5000 kilometres of power line. Rejlers already operates in power grid planning in Sweden and Norway, making the aqcuisition in Finland a natural complement.

”We now have a cutting edge advantage, as we are able to operate as a partner all the way from power grid planning to project supervision. The markets are also favourable for Rejlers Finland. There has been an increasing demand for this service from our customers”, says Niklas Löf, Rejlers Finland’s Service Manager for power grid services.
The second acquired company, Enease Oy, provides software and consultancy services for managing energy measurement data, imbalance settlements and information exchange. The company’s services complement Rejlers’ energy measurement services and IT systems, which support the continuously transforming energy market.
”Our competences fit well together, and we are now able to produce even more versatile services for our customers. The acquisition also brings us new customers and continues our strong development in digital energy services”, says Kalle Hammar, Business Director for energy measurement services in Rejlers Finland.
