Russia’s plastics industry most anticipated event of the year 2017 commenced with a cooperation Agreement signing between Research and Production company POLYPLASTIC – leader in polymer compounds production – and German trading firm PolytradeGlobal Gmbh. The major goal of this cooperation is to forward R&P POLYPLASTIC on the European market with further increase of the company’s client base and export capacities. According to Agreement signed, as from 2018, the capacity of POLYPLASTIC’s composite materials export to European consumers is to be increased to a total of 1000 tons per year.
‘Exportation is the future. The Russian market is fully discovered, thus there is a need to extend abroad. Our new partners will avail us to the markets of Poland, Czech Republic, and Germany’ – commented Pavel Kruglov, CEO TH POLYPLASTIC.
On the other side, Eduard Albrecht – CEO PolytradeGlobal Gmbh (Germany) – labeled this as a top achievement for his company. ‘I am delighted, that our company is to forward a major Russian producer to the western market. This precedent is of a major importance: we are to show to all that Russian products are ready to stand the competition even outside of Russian Federation’.
On the 25th of January RP POLYPLASTIC – Russia’s leader of the composite market – signed a cooperation Agreement with the world’s largest chemical company – BASF.

Document signed is a prolongation of ongoing cooperation regarding mutual automotive projects development. This Agreement avails the Russian compounder to attain international quality certifications needed for operation with European automotive manufacturers. In respect of this, a stabilizing system developed alongside with BASF is a crucial importance.
As for today, RP POLYPLASTICS is a major player on Russia’s market – localization of composite materials for the auto industry. To increase its exports, the company’s product must comply with international quality certificates – UV-stability and other factors. BASF is the leader in terms of stabilization systems – the world’s largest brand, a standard of quality on the international market. ‘Today we had developed exterior materials for Reanult-Nissan together with POLYPLASTIC’ – shared Mikhail Katsevman, head of the science and development department at POLYPLASTIC – ‘Prolongation of the Agreement will let us increase our production line for other international automotive companies’.

With that the auto industry is a priority to our company – we obtain most innovative solutions in this field, especially concerning compound stabilization systems for vehicles details and parts. This Agreement marks our first successful steps with our partner – POLYPLASTIC Company – as it is our first investment into the development of compound stabilization systems in Russia and the CIS’.
The auto industry consumes a major share (more than 35%) of RP POLYPLASTIC’s polymer composite materials exports. For this purposes the company’s specialists had developed various materials with unique resilience properties.
