Panasonic and SES-imagotag believe that digitization and connected technology will support and enhance brick-and-mortar retail space by increasing operational efficiency, increasing customer loyalty, and increasing security for customers, employees and goods.
The partnership focuses its retail strategy on three key points:

Panasonic and SES-imagotag have jointly developed an automated rack monitoring solution that combines CCTV, an intelligent digital price tag with geolocation and video analytics, to enable automated inventory detection in real time. The solution is currently being tested by a retailer in Paris.
