The new agreement facilitates the supply of key engineered items required by UTC at Pratt & Whitney and UTC Aerospace Systems, across a wide range of key programs. This agreement positions Meggitt to grow its supply relationship with UTC for products from three of its divisions: Polymers & Composites; Sensing Systems; and Control Systems.

Both UTC and Meggitt recognise the value in this revitalised partnership and the opportunity for mutually advantageous future growth. We are delighted to have reached an agreement intended to cover existing business, as well as standardising the structure of our business agreements. This will facilitate the ease of concluding future business between us.”
In addition to the long-term agreement, Meggitt is actively engaged in the UTC Supplier Gold program, aimed at setting industry benchmarks for the highest standards of quality and delivery performance.
