HYBRID Software, has signed an agreement with SGK to use their native PDF editor PACKZ at all locations worldwide. The agreement was made following the completion of an intensive pilot program demonstrating increased efficiency, reduced licensing costs and a more advanced graphics services manufacturing environment at multiple sites in the US, Europe and Asia.
PACKZ is a powerful, object-based, and native PDF editor with powerful color handling, structured content, trapping, warping, and step-and-repeat capabilities. SGK also enables data sharing with designers, brand owners and print providers by importing and exporting native Adobe Illustrator ™ format.
During the year, SGK plans to introduce 425 PACKZ licenses at its production sites in North and South America, Europe and Asia. Gary R.
