ANEXPO 2027

Beyond Portals and Mega-Expos: Why Global Automation Traders Are Betting on High-Trust Connections

While the global industrial automation market races toward total digitization, Budapest will soon become the epicenter of a key counter-trend: the return of direct, high-trust business relationships.

While digital portals and real-time APIs match part numbers in seconds, they hit a wall when supply chains stall, trade rules shift, or high-margin deals need to be negotiated.

As a result, global distributors, brokers, and integrators are reaching a clear conclusion: algorithms close transactions, but personal trust builds resilient supply chains.

Ditching Mega-Expos for High-Value Deals

For decades, industrial leaders relied on massive trade fairs to expand internationally. Today, these sprawling exhibitions offer shrinking returns. Executives spend days walking miles of aisles, filtering through students and casual visitors just to find a single qualified partner.

The industry is now shifting toward "decision-density": focused environments where every person in the room holds purchasing, pricing, or executive authority.

"An e-commerce platform or an email exchange can complete a transaction, but it cannot build a partnership," explains Marcin Krzączkowski, founder of Automa.Net. "High-stakes trade in industrial electronics isn't just about data; it's about accountability. When supply chains strain, executives need to know the people behind the inventory."

ANEXPO 2027: Bringing the Industry Hub to Budapest

To bridge regional trade gaps, the market is turning to mobile industry summits. Pioneered by ANEXPO (Automa.Net Meeting & Expo), this rotating model moves through key European industrial corridors. After successful editions in Warsaw, Rome, Prague, and Frankfurt, the summit's 6th edition arrives in Hungary.

On June 7-8, 2027, more than 300 senior delegates and over 150 verified companies will gather at the 5-star InterContinental Budapest, located on the banks of the Danube. Budapest's strategic position makes it the ideal crossroad for decision-makers across Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), North America, and Asia.

Maximum Efficiency: 30+ Executive Meetings in 48 Hours

ANEXPO replaces traditional exhibition booths with a fast-paced Table-Top B2B format powered by smart matchmaking algorithms. Over two focused days, participants complete more than 1,300 pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings. This structure enables company leaders to hold 30 or more high-value consultations in just 48 hours.

Key Highlights of the Summit:

• C-Level Concentration: Over 80% of attendees are C-level executives, business owners, or senior directors.
• Immediate Commercial Results: Delegates actively negotiate reselling discounts, liquidate or buy surplus stock, expand export channels, and sign supply agreements on site.
• Global Market Leaders: Attracts premier international traders and regional powerhouses, including Radwell International, EU Automation, Transfer Multisort Elektronik (TME), JC-Electronics, BVS Electronics, Blumenbecker, Teltonika, NRI Industrial Sales, WM Industrietechnik, and NicePLC.

"ANEXPO creates a space where genuine business dialogue and long-term partnerships can truly thrive," notes the executive purchasing team at NRI Industrial Sales. "These direct conversations give us a much deeper understanding of supply chain needs and help us build stronger, more resilient collaborations across borders."
