Dreher opens up new brewing perspectives with its first Pale Ale. The in-house grown beer is made with the deliciously bitter flavour of the old-fashioned brand and is already available for consumer purchase.
The production of Dreher Pale Ale deviates from the usual lager. With lager, the yeast is collected at the end of the fermentation from the bottom of the fermentation tank. For ale, the yeast rises to the top of the beer and fermentation takes place at higher temperatures, 15-21 ℃, rather than 10-14 ° C. The Pale Ale aims to conjure a complex flavour, combining the bitter taste with fruity freshness.
Inspired by British beer, Dreher Pale Ale is made with three types of hops to give the ale a depth of flavour and pleasant aroma. The unique taste of the golden ale is recommended to all lager drinkers and anyone who would like to try a lighter, more complex flavoured beer to quench their first in the summer months ahead.

"We wanted to make a beer with a beer this season, whose properties - lightness, fuller flavor and sophistication - make it suitable for introducing our consumers into the world of ale, which, besides the lager, represents the other big beer type", said Fruzsina Négyesi , Marketing Manager for Premium Markets at Dreher Breweries.
"We made several pilot runs in the factory, and the decision was made to our consumers, and they chose which version would be the new member of the Dreher family, Pale Ale. We hope everyone will enjoy it, "said Peter Séra, chief engineer of brewing breweries at Dreher Breweries.
The new Dreher Pale Ale is currently available in stores in 0.5 litre cans and bottles.
