IMM Projects has brought Beston SYS Series injection moulding machines to the UK market for the first time; one of the most cost-effective, user friendly and easy to maintain products available, IMM Projects is enhancing its new offering still further by prioritising after-sales customer service with 24-hour telephone support.
There are 13 models in the European SYS Series, with clamping forces ranging from 600 to 13,500KN, minimum mould heights of 120mm to a maximum of 1,350mm and k1000 or 2000 KEBA interfaces which allow plastics manufacturer to set-up, manage product quality and process without difficulty. The clamping system’s ‘V’ design decreases distortion of the mould platen, increases the mould life by up to 30 per cent and is exceptionally rigid. Beston’s linear guide rail has a more effective nozzle seal when compared to a guide post design, meaning it is extremely safe under high pressure; it also has a double cylinder for an ultra-reliable injection movement and overall the barrel is kept straighter and more stable.

Michael de Beer, owner of IMM Projects, said: “I have worked in the industry for twelve years and as an experienced service engineer, with knowledge of many brands, I was blown away by the simplicity of the set-up and maintenance for the user, especially when paired with the overall cost savings. In this time I have also witnessed poor after sales-service and an alarming lack of knowledge across the service and maintenance side of the plastic industry.
“In bringing Beston to the UK market, I decided to change the game and offer my clients an outstanding hands-on after sales service as well as long-term maintenance support. Offering 24-hour telephone support means IMM Projects can help reduce a business’ spending on costly call out fees; by tapping into years of experience we can solve many of the obstacles manufacturers face by troubleshooting over the phone. The Beston and IMM package is not something I believe UK manufacturers can ignore.”
